Yes! You’ll be guided every step of the way with beginner-friendly coaching.

“Will lifting weights make me look bulky though?”

Nope. Building visible muscle bulk takes years, intense training, strict diets — and often, drugs. What you’ll likely see instead is better tone, strength, and shape.

“What if your weights are too heavy for me?”

No worries — we’ve got dumbbells, kettlebells, ViPRs, suspension trainers, and resistance bands in a variety of weights. There’s something for everyone.

“Will I ache after these sessions?”

Some soreness is totally normal as your body tries something new. But I design sessions to be challenging — not punishing — so you’re not hobbling around for days.

“I’ve got pelvic floor issues — will that be a problem?”

Pelvic floors are my thing! We’ll work on breath, bracing, strength and support. You’ll also get take-home tips to help improve confidence and continence.

“Am I too old to start weight training?”

Absolutely not. Whether you’re 40 or 70+, you can start now. It’s one of the best ways to stay strong, mobile, and independent for longer.

Courses run in 4–6 week blocks, each with a different theme. Sessions are small (just 4 women max) so you’ll get personal coaching without the 1:1 price tag.

Course Cost:

From £68–£102 depending on length — that’s less than half the cost of 1:1 PT!

When & Where?

Courses run on weekday afternoons — ideal for women with flexibility in their day.
