About Lisa Gimenez-Codd | Pilates & Women’s Health Specialist in Lincoln
Hi, I’m Lisa.
I’m a Pilates coach, personal trainer and women’s health specialist — and I’m 53, in medical menopause, and absolutely in the thick of everything my clients come to me with.
So when you tell me your body feels like it belongs to a stranger right now, I genuinely get it.
I always think it helps to know at least a little about someone you’re going to work with, so here goes:

What I do
I help women over 45 feel stronger, move better and navigate perimenopause and menopause without the overwhelm.
Whether it’s hips that have lost their spark, joints that announce themselves on the stairs, or a pelvic floor that you no longer trust when you sneeze — this is exactly my world.
Through Pilates, movement and evidence-based menopause support, I help you:
✔ Build real, lasting strength
✔ Improve mobility, balance and energy
✔ Support your bones and joints through menopause
✔ Understand and strengthen your pelvic floor
✔ Create habits that actually fit around your real life
And on the pelvic floor — because it deserves a mention — too many women have been told that leaking when they laugh, sneeze or run is just something they have to live with.
It isn’t.
And I can help.
Why work with me?
No judgement around how long or hard you exercise.
No detox nonsense.
No making you feel like you’re failing.
Just practical, effective movement rooted in 15+ years of experience — and a genuine passion for helping women feel capable, confident and comfortable in their own bodies again.
I work with women in person in Potterhanworth, Lincoln and online through The Movement Room , my Pilates and movement platform where you can work with me any time, anywhere.

A little about me
When I’m not coaching, I’m lifting weights, walking my cockapoo, or wading through the latest menopause & pelvic floor research so you don’t have to.
I have two teenage boys, a full life and zero time for wellness fads — which probably makes me exactly the kind of coach you’ve been looking for. 🤭😉
