Face to Face Training

Lisa works with clients in person at Custom Fitness and Hykeham Chiropractic, offering personal coaching, small group training and Pilates courses.

Depending on your goals and starting point, sessions can be either half an hour or an hour, with ongoing support for when we are not face-to-face.

I take the time to fully understand your circumstances and your aims before building a progressive programme of movement and nutrition, specifically for you.
