Lisa works with clients in person at Custom Fitness and Hykeham Chiropractic, offering personal coaching, small group training and Pilates courses.
Depending on your goals and starting point, sessions can be either half an hour or an hour. Ongoing support is provided for when we are not face-to-face.
I take the time to fully understand your circumstances and your aims before building a progressive programme of movement and nutrition, specifically for you.
Ladies that Lift
Working with a maximum of 5 other women, this group is reserved for ladies over 35.
Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, intensity training combined with sound lifting technique and Pilates - this small group approach focusses specifically on training you for this stage of your life.
With the option to attend 1 or 2 face-to-face sessions per week, you also receive a personalised programme based on your own specific information. This includes the time you have available, your current fitness level, your goals and physical needs.

Specially designed for women over 40, we also focus on providing the tools to support a smoother transition through menopause.
Whereas other diets and exercise plans provide a product to apply to yourself, Chrysalis provides the space to allow you to understand the factors most relevant to You. It supports you in devising your own long-term strategy to look and feel AMAZING.

Building Stronger Mummies
The course for Mums that you can bring your baby along to.
Over the 4 weeks of this course we address:
- post-natal nutrition to improve energy levels and support recovery
- pelvic floor restoration and strengthening
- abdominal separation (diastasis recti) testing and restoration
- exercises to strengthen your body in the weeks and months after childbirth
